This is by no means a complete list of books that our founding fathers read to derive their ideas of liberty, but it is a good source of some of the books. Too few people understand the idea of liberty of which our founding fathers fought a revolution in order to build. These books will help us understand why and how our founding fathers came to their conclusions about liberty and why the American revolution was fought in order to gain that liberty.
